Thomas Craighton
North Central Region
 Mr. Craighton has been in EMS since 1982. He is currently the EMS Manager/Coordinator at Franklin General Hospital, where he also serves as their Respiratory Care Manager/Coordinator. Thomas holds certifications as a Paramedic Specialist, Critical Care Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist and Firefighter II. Thomas has been a member of IEMSA since 1988 and served on the board between 1994 and 2000. He is also an instructor at NIACC, a Flight Paramedic for Air Life North and a volunteer for the Coulter Volunteer Fire Department.

David Johnson
North Central Region
 Mr. Johnson is the Captain and EMS Director for Mason City Fire Department. Dave holds a B.A. in Fire Department Administration as well as the following certifications: EMS-PS and BLS/ACLS Instructor. He is a 1985 EMT-P Graduate from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics EMSLRC. Dave has been serving as an NC Region Representative on the IEMSA Board of Directors in the seat that was vacated by Tammy Snow.

David Mallinger
North Central Region
 David has been in Emergency Medical Services for just over 5 years. He is currently a Paramedic at both Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, as well as Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah. He considers it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to serve as the NC representative to IEMSA and looks forward to serving on the Board.
