Worried about using your credit card for electronic purchase, such as conference registration?  Check with your financial institution (bank, credit union, etc.), AAA, or go on-line to purchase a “pre-loaded credit card.”  These work like a gift card and are pre-loaded with the amount you choose. There is a fee to purchase one, but it may be worth it for the extra security.

The Iowa Emergency Medical Service Association is in the process of planning its 19th Annual Conference and Trade show, to be held November 13-15 at the Polk County Convention Complex. I hope you will consider joining us as an exhibitor this year. This premier conference boasts 1200+ attendees over a 3-day timeframe and includes 3 days of continuing education, a welcome reception on Thursday, two half-hour breaks each day and a 1 hour, 20 minute lunch on Friday – prime Trade Show time! In addition, exhibitors are invited to attend the social events on Thursday and Friday nights and enjoy the breaks and Friday’s lunch at no extra charge. Exhibitors may even sit in on workshops for EMT, Physician or Nursing educational credits.

IEMSA has limited space available due to pre-registration done at last year’s conference (as a benefit to exhibitors who participate in our conference on a regular basis). Booths with black dots, as seen on the floor plan, indicate available booth space. You may select your booth location from these booths. Please select 3 choices in order of priority. Spaces will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to honor your request. You will be notified of the space you have been assigned.
